I have a low impact Flexibility challenge lasting 1 month.
For £10, you receive:
- lots of on demand flexibility classes varying in length meaning no matter how much free time you have, you can always squeeze in some movement!
- start and end flexibility challenges
- choose specific personal areas of your body to improve mobility and flexibility
I want you to add these stretches and mobility work into your normal routine.
At the end of your month, please retest your flexibility... to measure your progression, I recommend take pictures or videos of you performing each stretch at the start and end of the challenge.

WORKOUT FROM YOUR PLACE AT YOUR PACE!
Our online fitness classes are perfect for those who want to workout but simply can not find the time to do so. In all honesty, I never thought I would enjoy working out from home but following lockdown, I have never looked back. There is no need to spend time driving, to get ready to leave the house or to queue up. You simply workout, that is it!
To checkout our online classes without committing to anything, I have created this free page so you can complete a few of our workouts for free to see if you like them!

Kickstart 2023 - 8 week programme
Kickstart 2023 is the plan to boost your health and wellbeing throughout 2023. You can start this plan on ANY Monday throughout January, although there are some important details, I need from you prior to starting the programme so please give me 4 days notice.
Kickstart 2023 will include:
- Nutritional guidance
- Macro targets with personalised calories guidance
- 2 weekly check ins
- Step challenge to help increase the amount of kcals we burn day to day
- Weekly online group workouts to help keep us motivated and get to know everyone else on your team
You will need to undertake a questionnaire about yourself prior to starting which will include a 2 day food diary.
Our 6 week core programme which includes 6 x 40 min workouts on Sutton Bonington Playing Fields.
All members may have access to the Facebook videos but there is an online only option too.
In this 6 week period, we will focus on all areas of core strength - balance, core stability, core and flex. Every class within this workshop will be low impact meaning everyone can take part.
You just need a mat/towel to lay on.
£30 for the yoga block plus access to the yoga classes online.
£15 for the online classes only.
