A 45 minute full body weighted workout. This session focusses on muscular strength and conditioning. It is perfect for building strength and is low impact meaning there is very litle/no jumping. 

Bring your own weights (we recommend between 1.5kg-8kg dumbells depending on ability). If you do not have your own weights, contact us and we can bring you some!
